We’re so excited to have you with us. This page explains what happens next and how to use the ACT Studios app/parent portal to stay updated, view your child’s class info, and receive important notices.
How the app works (quick guide)

1Log in with your registration details Use the email you registered with. If you ever forget your password, tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

2Check your child’s class details See your child’s class day/time, venue/studio or school, and any term notes your coach shares.

3Read announcements & important updates We post reminders about shows, theme days, costume notes, festival/exam info, and studio updates in one place.

4View resources Access messages, notices, and (where applicable) any downloadable info we provide for parents.

5Stay on top of admin Use the portal as your “home base” for ACT Studios communication. If your system supports it, you may also see invoices/fee info here.
What happens next?

✓We confirm your placement If there are multiple class options, we’ll place your child in the most suitable group and notify you via the app/WhatsApp/email.

✓Your first lesson Your child can arrive ready to play, explore, and build confidence. Comfortable clothes are best for movement and drama games.

I can’t log in — what should I do?
First try “Forgot Password”. If you still can’t get in, message us on WhatsApp and include the email/number you registered with.
Where will I see my child’s class time?
After logging in, go to your child’s profile/class section. If your placement is still being confirmed, you’ll see an update soon.
How will ACT Studios communicate important updates?
Primary updates are shared via the app/portal announcements. We may also send key reminders on WhatsApp/email when needed.
